Our current portfolio offers IT project delivery and IT service management roles in:
- Business Analysis - a Business Analyst (BA) investigates situations and problems to find improvements and solutions for a business.
- Project Management - Project Managers have the responsibility of the planning and delivery of projects for an organisation.
- Software Testing - this is the process of verifying that a software product or application does what it's supposed to do.
- Beginners Website Creation - 'know how' for beginners to help to create a website.
- IT Help Desk - in short, help desk roles offer a company's service users (customers) the support they need to resolve basic IT problems (eg. resetting passwords).
